A 1970s house opened to the sea. We reinforced the structure, recovered lime and local stone and replaced every window. Today it is lived inside and out.

How much does it cost to renovate a house in Ibiza?
Between €700 and €1,500/m² for a full renovation, depending on condition and finishes. A 120 m² home normally ranges from €84,000 to €180,000.
How long does a renovation take?
A bathroom takes 3–5 weeks, a kitchen 4–6 and a full house 10–20. Project and licence add two to four months in the usual case.
Do you handle the licence?
Yes. We manage minor works, major works and responsible declarations with the relevant council, and Consell authorisation on rural land.
Do you work across the whole island?
Yes, in all five municipalities of Ibiza and, for specific projects, in Formentera. Difficult access is checked at the first visit.
Can I manage the project from abroad?
Yes. Most of our clients do not live on the island. You receive a weekly report with photos and video, arranged visits and one point of contact.
Is the budget really fixed?
Yes, with defined packages and finishes. It only changes if you request a modification or if something hidden is found and approved by you in writing.
