Villa renovation in Ibiza
A villa in Ibiza is more than a big house. It is a place to live, to host and often to rent: several suites, outdoor living, a pool that cannot fail in August and a finish that has to look right in every photograph.
We renovate villas across the island with full project management, from licences and structure to interior finishes, pool and garden. The calendar is planned backwards from the date the house must be ready.

What a villa renovation involves
Beyond the interior, a villa project includes the pool, terraces, gardens, high-capacity installations, lighting and, if the property is rented, tourist licence requirements. Coordination is more complex and the margin for error is smaller.
- Full interior renovation and suite reconfiguration.
- Large-format windows, shutters and solar protection.
- Ducted air conditioning, aerothermal systems and hot water.
- Home automation, security and remote control.
- Pool structure, filtration and finishes.
- Garden, irrigation and exterior lighting.
- Bespoke joinery and furniture.
Planned around the season
A 300 m² villa can take five to eight months of construction. If the season starts in May, the work has to be finished in April and the project and licence should have been resolved the previous year. Starting late is not solved by adding more trades; it is solved by deciding earlier.
We set a week-by-week schedule before signing and send a weekly report with photos, progress and next steps.
High-end without paying twice
Luxury is not the most expensive stone. It is stone that is properly laid, windows that close first time, silent air conditioning and a pool that does not leak. Quality shows in execution, not only in the catalogue.
We work with a closed list of suppliers, approve samples before ordering and check every trade before it is covered up.
Licences and technical team
Villas usually require an architect-led project, site supervision and health and safety coordination. In rural or protected land, permits take longer and should be reviewed before buying the property or commissioning the design.
