The work is split into clear packages so you can compare scope and finishes without guessing what is missing.

When it makes sense

If the house is over thirty years old, the installations are original, or you have bought a property to make your permanent home, a full renovation is usually cheaper than years of separate works. It also lets you coordinate licence, structure and finishes once.

How we control the budget

We visit, measure and check what is hidden before quoting. You receive a fixed range by package and finish. If something unexpected appears, it is documented and approved in writing before we touch it.

We do not quote from photographs: two houses with the same square metres can differ by 40 %.

How much does an integral renovation cost in Ibiza?
Between €700 and €1,500/m² depending on condition and finishes. A 120 m² home typically ranges from €84,000 to €180,000.
How long does it take?
Ten to twenty weeks of construction, plus two to four months for project and licence in the usual case.
Can I live in the house during the work?
Not for a full renovation. If only one floor or one bathroom is affected, we can phase the work and keep part of the house usable.
Does the quote include the licence?
We separate project and licence so you know what you pay to whom. We can manage both and include them in the same proposal.
