We do not put a number on an idea without seeing the house. We measure, check services and look for what is hidden: damp, structure, access, licences. Then we talk about money.

The visit is free and without obligation. If the project is not a good fit, we say so before you spend more time.

A fixed site manager, a schedule and a weekly report. You do not coordinate trades or chase anyone by email. One team, one point of contact, one standard.

Salt attacks windows, damp rises through stone walls and the licence can depend on a rural track. Working in Ibiza means knowing the terrain and anticipating what will fail.

We work with lime, breathable insulation, local stone and materials that age well by the sea. We also check the licence route before buying or designing.
